Water Leaking
Your refrigerator should not leak. A pool of water coming from it is a problem that needs immediate attention. It could mean you have a blocked defrost drain, or a frozen or clogged water supply line.
Freezer Isn't Cold Enough
If your freezer is not as cold as it should be, your food may spoil faster than usual. This issue could be related to the freezer fan or the condenser coils.
Unit Cycles On and Off Too Often
Is your refrigerator too noisy and turning on and off too frequently? This could mean a problem with the condenser coils, or that your temperature is set too low.
Fresh Food Section Is Too Warm
Is the fresh food section of your refrigerator warmer than usual? This means the cold air from the freezer is not reaching the fresh food compartment. This issue can be caused by the evaporator fan or the diffuser.
Ice at the Bottom of the Freezer
Is there a layer of ice at the bottom of your freezer? That should not be happening! Water that is supposed to drain from the defrost line ends up on the freezer floor instead - this can indicate a blockage.
Refrigerator Freezes Your Food
Is the food in your refrigerator freezing? This means the temperature control thermostat may be malfunctioning.
Ice Maker Overflowing
Ice maker overflow can be related to the water inlet valve. If the water pressure at the valve is too low, it may not close properly when the power turns off, causing the ice maker to overflow.
Too Much Frost in the Ice Dispenser
This is usually caused by a warped or dirty cold-air control damper. It needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Your Water Dispenser Isn't Working
This problem can have several causes. The water line may be frozen.
